1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or interacting with the “Too Big To Fail Podcast Bot” (the “App”) on Reddit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use or install the App.
2. Description of Service
The App is an automated Reddit Devvit application that fetches a public podcast RSS feed (feeds.acast.com) and creates posts for new episodes on designated subreddits (e.g., r/TooBigToFailPodcast).
3. Usage Restrictions
The App is provided “as is” and is intended for use specifically with the Too Big To Fail podcast community. You may not:
- Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, or abuse the App’s scheduling or fetching mechanisms.
- Use the App to spam or violate Reddit’s Content Policy.
4. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- No Warranty: The App is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation (e.g., if the RSS feed is down or Reddit APIs are unavailable).
- Liability: The developers of the App shall not be liable for any damages or issues arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to missed posts, duplicate posts, or formatting errors.

The Too Big To Fail podcast and this App do not provide financial advice. The content posted by the App is for informational and entertainment purposes only.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to disable, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
